ITALIAN TASTE - Parmigiana di melanzane (Eggplant Parmesan) - Recipe

I'm Gaia and I made this guide so that you can stop worrying about making mistakes while cooking, and just enjoy some good Italian food.

One of my favourite hobbies is to cook (and eat obviously!), but since I cannot make this passion my work, I’m starting my recipe book which I really want to start sharing with you. 

From now on we'll deep dive into the most traditional and great meals of the Italian cuisine, one by one, so that you can make it too, from every part of the world. Isn't that amazing?
